We will use only strictly local ingredients, selected and chosen for you, and we will choose the recipes you like the most, those you would like to learn to serve your family and your friends.
Borgo Santa Lucia is a farmhouse located in the town of Castiglion Fiorentino, nestled in the Tuscan countryside between the Valdichiana and the Val di Chio, in the province of Arezzo, near Cortona. The facilities are furnished with antique Tuscan furniture and all comforts are guaranteed.
Chef Paolo, besides being a student of the famous Italian chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, delights his farmhouse’s guests with beautiful dishes inspired by the tradition of the wonderful place he lives in: Tuscany, Italy.
The classes will be made of a maximum of 4 people, so Paolo can follow you and give you the best advices.
Because of the classes are made of small groups, the chef is there for every need. Are you afraid of doing something wrong or don’t remember what to do? Just ask!
The recipes we will be cooking are authentic tuscan recipes and the ingredients will mostly come from the farmhouse. Are you curious about a particular recipe? You can discuss and prepare it with the help of Paolo.
